Service Description
Sewign requires a lot of supplies... especially when you want to travel with them! Join bag lover, Jordan Martindell, and make the Carry a Smile Bag by one of our favorite Moda designers, Brigitte Heitland of Zen Chic. The finished bag is 9" X 14" X 20" Students need to have their fabric pieces cut out before class. The pattern and materials are not included in the class and students may purchase materials and the pattern at our shop with a 15% discount. Materials Requirements are: 1 1/4 yards canvas fabric for outside 1 1/4 yards quilt weight cotton or canvas for the lining 1/4 yard of fabric for the handles One 8" X 31" piece of fusible lightweight interfacing 2 Rivets (optional) Prerequisites for this class are Sewing 101-201 and How to Read a Pattern or the equivalent knowledge thereof.

Cancellation Policy
Adult Classes Class registration can be refunded 14 days before the start date of any class. If cancellation is requested within 14-3 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different class or a credit can be given for a future class. No transfers or can be made within 3 days of the start date of a class. Please not that we allow for one rescheduling of class within the terms of the cancelation policy. This is out of respect for our teaching team and due to our small teacher to student ratio. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Kids Monthly Classes Class registration can be refunded outside of 14 days of the start date of any class (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 14-7 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different series or a credit will be given to your account. No transfers can be made within 7 days of the start date of a class. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Summer Camps Summer Camp registration can be refunded 30 days before the start date of any camp (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 30-14 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different camp or a credit can be given for use at a future camp or series.
