Service Description
Join in this fun and festive class and learn to make the perfect hostess and housewarming gift—an oven mitt! This simple project is great for beginners and can be customized to fit anyone's personality. Students can choose between a scrappy potholder or a simple potholder. Students will learn how to design, quilt, and finish off this project with bias binding. For a simple pot holder students will need: • 1 Fat Quarter (or 1/4 yard) of fabric for the outer layer • 1 FQ (or 1/4 yard) of fabric for the lining layer • 1 FQ of Quilt Batting (cotton or other used for making quilts) • 1 FQ of insulbright interfacing (or other similar fabric) • Small amount of double fold bias tape • Coordinating thread (if desired, we provide white) For a scrappy project students will need three separate fabrics for their exterior (equaling 1 FQ) and other materials are the same as above. Materials are not included in the cost of the class.

Cancellation Policy
Adult Classes Class registration can be refunded 14 days before the start date of any class. If cancellation is requested within 14-3 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different class or a credit can be given for a future class. No transfers or can be made within 3 days of the start date of a class. Please not that we allow for one rescheduling of class within the terms of the cancelation policy. This is out of respect for our teaching team and due to our small teacher to student ratio. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Kids Monthly Classes Class registration can be refunded outside of 14 days of the start date of any class (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 14-7 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different series or a credit will be given to your account. No transfers can be made within 7 days of the start date of a class. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Summer Camps Summer Camp registration can be refunded 30 days before the start date of any camp (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 30-14 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different camp or a credit can be given for use at a future camp or series.
