Learn to make a tank top or dress!
Service Description
The Riley tank top or dress from Violette Field Threads is the perfect garment to get ready for summer! This class is for kids ages 10-15. In this after school class, kids will learn: · to cut out a pattern and fabric · work with multiple layers of fabrics and construct a lining · finish a garment Materials are included in the cost of this class. Students will need to choose their fabrics ahead of the first day of class so they can pre-wash their fabrics before the fist day of class. Students will need to pick fabric and registration based on which version they would like to make. For the top students will need 1 1/4 yd of fabric for the top layer and 1 1/4 yd of fabric for the bottom layer. For the dress students will need 2 yards of the top layer and two yard of the bottom later. Students should have some sewing experience to take this class. Cancellation Policy
Adult Classes Class registration can be refunded 14 days before the start date of any class. If cancellation is requested within 14-3 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different class or a credit can be given for a future class. No transfers or can be made within 3 days of the start date of a class. Please not that we allow for one rescheduling of class within the terms of the cancelation policy. This is out of respect for our teaching team and due to our small teacher to student ratio. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Kids Monthly Classes Class registration can be refunded outside of 14 days of the start date of any class (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 14-7 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different series or a credit will be given to your account. No transfers can be made within 7 days of the start date of a class. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Summer Camps Summer Camp registration can be refunded 30 days before the start date of any camp (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 30-14 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different camp or a credit can be given for use at a future camp or series.
