Make a usable and practical apron!
Service Description
Make a heavy duty apron in this 3 hour workshop! The Woodhaven Apron from Thread Theory (sizes XS-XL) is the perfect addition to your workwear wardrobe. Whether you make it as a gift for the heavy duty tinkerer in your life or make it for yourself, this apron is tough enough for big jobs and even bigger messes! In this class students will learn to work with heavy duty fabrics, and strapping. This is a beginner friendly class. Suggested Fabrics: Outer Fabric: Canvas, denim, oilskin, or other rugged fabric. Fabric Requirements can be found in the pdf pattern. The pattern will be sent to students within a week of registration. Additional images of the pattern can be seen in the class gallery. Materials are not included in the cost of the class. Students will need to purchase their pattern and materials ahead of the class and can do so with a 15% discount at our shop. Students are expected to come to class with their pattern pieces cut out. Prerequisites for this class are Sewing 101-201 and How to Read a Pattern or the equivalent knowledge thereof.

Cancellation Policy
Adult Classes Class registration can be refunded 14 days before the start date of any class. If cancellation is requested within 14-3 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different class or a credit can be given for a future class. No transfers or can be made within 3 days of the start date of a class. Please not that we allow for one rescheduling of class within the terms of the cancelation policy. This is out of respect for our teaching team and due to our small teacher to student ratio. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Kids Monthly Classes Class registration can be refunded outside of 14 days of the start date of any class (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 14-7 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different series or a credit will be given to your account. No transfers can be made within 7 days of the start date of a class. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Summer Camps Summer Camp registration can be refunded 30 days before the start date of any camp (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 30-14 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different camp or a credit can be given for use at a future camp or series.
